Spring Break Recap
Spring Camp was absolutely fabulous in several levels. We were nervous about how things would go being at our new center. But we could not have asked for a better week. We tried new classes that the kids loved (badminton, Filipino dance, debate and public speaking) to go along with our stable of classes they already enjoy like Hula, Lion Dance, and Martial Arts. What was really gratifying to us was the number of non-Three Treasures kids that enrolled. Out of the 50 kids in camp, about 15 were new to Three Treasures. Parents all expressed how happy they were with how much their kids learned and how much fun they had. The biggest compliment was that they wanted to come back for summer. For those who are new to Three Treasures, you need to understand how humbling it is for us to have your support. When Frank started this 5 years ago, he had no idea if anyone would like our concept. To get to this point (6 schools and a new center) is unbelievable to him. We are a family-style organization and it shows in how we treat your kids and the amount of investment we have in them.
Our Summer Camp is now closed! We have had overwhelming interest but we need to keep reasonable numbers so the kids can fully enjoy all our programs.
You may still contact us if you need us but we will put you on a waiting list. Price is $215 a week.
Families who have already paid this $100 fee will be contacted to register and make payments on a different webpage.
Our summer camp will be divided into three tracks for you to choose from: a maximum of 36 kids will be accepted per track
1. Athletics Camp: this camp will revolve around sports,, martial arts, and conditioning.
2. Scholastic Camp: this camp will help catch up kids up in their academics as well as competitive Chess, STEM, and more.
3. Performing Arts Camp: if your child is meant for the big stage then this the camp for him or her. Your child will get to sing, dance, and learn theatre. Older kids will learn video editing as an added bonus.
Summer Camp Schedule: subject to change as we continue to develop this.
Our objective is to have a complete, comprehensive program for your child. We are currently hiring additional staff so we may provide fun programming. For example, we have hired coaches for gymnastics, vocals/choir, cheer leading, and various sports. As you can see, they have not been added to the schedules below yet. We will also be adding in swimming at Miramar College, Ice Skating at the Ice Arena, and time at the park and museum. So our schedule is definitely not complete but gives you a picture of what it will be like. Full time students will have priority over part time kids but we will have room for everyone. Typically, we want to serve families that really need us first. But with our new 10,000 square foot facility, we will have plenty of room for all.
